Hello and welcome to Little Fierce Kitchen! I am so glad you are here!

Little Fierce Kitchen was launched in 2020 as a place to share recipes, menus, reviews, and other things food-related that I am excited about. For me, the kitchen is all about hospitality. Whether you are extending hospitality to your own family, to friends, or just to yourself (you are AWESOME and deserve to treat yourself that way!), oftentimes that starts with food and beverages. It is my hope that I can help empower you to cultivate a kitchen and a cooking style that is approachable and unique.

Here are a few things you will find on Little Fierce Kitchen:

• Recipes! – From my kitchen to yours, these will be step-by-step guides to creating a dish, with notes and ideas for variations you may want to try.
• Weekly Menus! – Every Sunday, I’ll share with you 3-5 recipes that I’m planning to make the following week. These may be some new ones of my own (return on that day for the recipe!), some old favorites, and some from the cookbooks and food blogs that I love.
• Top Ten! – Once a week I will share 10 of the things I have been most excited about lately. These might be things I’ve discovered at the grocery store or farmer’s market, new cookbooks or regular books I’ve been reading, the albums or podcasts I’ve been listening to while I cook, or other sundry items. Think of this as a quick list of fun things to check out.
• Reviews! – As I read cookbooks, try new products, or visit restaurants/coffee shops/bakeries, etc., I’ll write up a review of my thoughts and experience. These will be more detailed than my top ten list, and may help you determine if you want to try out something new for yourself. I tend to be a pretty positive person, so more likely than not these will be items I’m recommending, but I may include an occasional thing that I’m warning you against. Unless noted otherwise on the post, these reviews are just of my own doing, and I’m not receiving any compensation or promotional value for the review.

This project has been a dream of mine for many years, and I am so excited to launch it to finally launch it for you. I am self taught in just about all aspects of this project – in the kitchen, in WordPress, and with my camera but as I have in the kitchen, I hope to grow my skills with this site and with its photography to give you an ever improving experience.
